Residential
We carry out housing projects adapted to the needs of the client or promoter. We have worked on single-family, multi-family, reform or rehabilitation projects and changes of use (from premises to housing for example).
Public work
Different Design was created in 2018, but its structure has been carrying out projects for public administrations for more than 15 years. We work for municipalities, associations, Ports de les Illes Balears, Aena. Being direct awardees in contracts with the administration.
All this is carried out within the framework of sustainable development to contribute with our work to the advancement of society, reusing, recycling and applying recovery policies, which lead to environmental improvements, and optimization of resources.
Other uses
We carry out any type of architectural project that you request. We have worked on hotel projects, restaurants, facilities and public spaces, among other jobs. We are a multidisciplinary team that designs, executes and builds, seeking unique solutions to the needs raised by the client, optimizing resources and respecting the budget.
Our network of collaborators allows us to ensure complete coverage of the needs and requests of any client. This includes, from the study and project phases, to the start-up and complete execution of the work, through mediation and representation before public bodies or third parties and technical, legal and design consultancy.
Facilities
A facilities engineering project includes the design of all the technical facilities necessary to carry out a given activity, as well as the execution and management of the project.
Any premises, dwelling, industry or building must have certain facilities in order to carry out a specific activity. Therefore, electricity, air conditioning, plumbing, gas, heating and other more specific installations must be designed, projected and directed by professionals so that the measures required by current regulations are met.
The professionals who carry out the facilities project must ensure compliance with all the required measures in order to pass the inspections of the administration and obtain the necessary licenses.

We write the construction project which contains the detailed work planning, plans and construction details, as well as the budget.
